Profiling
We meet the company and the team, discuss requirements for a candidate, and prepare a brief - annex to the contract.

Budget Approval
We do research, determine the complexity of recruitment, and required resources, compare requirements and salary proposals, then return to discussion with the final budget (cost for recruitment service to find an eligible candidate). We sign a contract and get a 10% prepayment. If necessary, we can sign an N.D.A. before starting.

Recruitment
Our IT recruiters search for suitable candidates in our own database, via direct search, via referrals, on specialized platforms (like StackOverflow, Habr, etc.), on social networks, and, lastly, on job sites, because passive search is the most popular, and the most ineffective method of searching.
We interview candidates to assess their tech/soft skills, English level, and experience. Finally, we send just vetted candidates to the client for the final decision.

Hiring and Warranty
When you decide to make a job offer to our candidate, we will take care of any formalities for you.
We carry a three- to six-month contractual warranty: if the candidate fails the probationary period, we guarantee a one- or two-time free replacement(s). And for sure, we will stay in touch with you during and after the hiring process.
